Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 11, 2026

This policy describes conduct that is not permitted on netbettracker.com. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service, and breaching it may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old β€” or the minimum legal gambling age where you live, if higher β€” and legally able to enter into a contract. The Service is a personal record-keeping tool; it does not accept wagers and it is not a gambling product, but we still require adult eligibility.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to record or facilitate unlawful bookmaking or money laundering.
  • Uploading another person's personal or financial information without their permission.
  • Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or providing access to your account or premium features to others.
  • Circumventing free-tier limits, paywalls, metering, or authentication, including by clearing or spoofing counters.
  • Scraping, crawling, bulk-downloading, or systematically extracting content or data other than your own exports.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code, except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
  • Probing, scanning, load-testing, or attacking our infrastructure, or interfering with other users' access.
  • Uploading malware, or using the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
  • Misrepresenting our calculators or guides as certified tax advice, or republishing them as your own product.

3. Automated access and embeds

Public embeddable widgets we publish may be used on your own site under the terms shown on the widget page, with attribution intact. Any other automated access requires our prior written permission. We may rate-limit or block traffic that degrades the Service for others.

4. Security research

We welcome good-faith vulnerability reports. Please email info@netbettracker.com with details, do not access or modify other users' data, do not run denial-of-service or spam tests, and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue before disclosing it. We will not pursue action against researchers who follow these guidelines.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and may warn, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts. Where a breach is serious, unlawful, or repeated, we may act without prior notice. We will give notice and an opportunity to respond where it is reasonable and lawful to do so. Report abuse to info@netbettracker.com.
