2. How we work with them
Each provider is engaged under its own terms of service and data-processing terms, may use your data only to deliver the service we have contracted for, and may not sell it. We share the minimum data each provider needs.
3. International transfers
Personal data may be stored or processed in Canada, the United States, or the European Union. Where data leaves your country, transfers are made under the transfer mechanisms offered by the provider — typically the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and comparable safeguards for Canadian (PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25) transfers.
