1. Our intellectual property
The NetBetTracker name, logo, software, interface design, calculators, written guides, tables, and data compilations are owned by NetBetTracker or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing on this site transfers ownership to you.
2. Your licence to use the Service
Subject to our Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own record-keeping. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or create competing products from our content or code.
3. Your data stays yours
You keep ownership of the ledger entries, notes, and files you enter. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, back up, process, and display that content to you so the Service can work, and to comply with law. We do not use your ledger content for advertising and we do not sell it.
4. Quoting and embedding our content
You may quote short excerpts of our guides with clear attribution and a link to the source page. Our published embeddable widgets may be used on other sites with the attribution link intact. Wholesale republication, translation, or AI-training use of our content requires prior written permission.
5. Third-party names
Operator, casino, lottery, and software names, including any sportsbook or tax-software brands referenced in our guides, are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are used for identification and commentary only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
6. Copyright complaints (DMCA and equivalent)
If you believe content on netbettracker.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@netbettracker.com with the subject line “Copyright Notice” including:
- Your physical or electronic signature and contact details.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL of the material you want removed.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
We review valid notices promptly and will remove or disable access to infringing material. If your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the equivalent information. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
