1. Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our working standard. This is a goal we build toward rather than a certification: we have not commissioned an independent audit, and some parts of the site may not yet fully conform.
2. What we do
- Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate pages in order.
- Keyboard access for navigation, forms, calculators, and dialogs.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
- Labelled form fields and clear error messages in the calculators and ledger.
- Colour choices and text sizing intended to remain legible when zoomed to 200%.
- Accessibility checks as part of the changes we ship.
3. Known limitations
Some data-dense tables and charts are best experienced on a larger screen, and complex tables require horizontal scrolling on small devices. Content supplied by third parties, such as the payment checkout, is outside our direct control. We are working to improve these areas.
4. Report a barrier
If any part of the Service is difficult or impossible to use, tell us and we will help and prioritise a fix. Email info@netbettracker.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology and browser you use. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to provide the information or function in an alternative format where a fix will take longer.
